He has extensive experience in public management, public finance, budgeting, accounting, inventory management, payment management of the Central Government, the branches of the Republic, customs administration, foreign trade, among others. He has more than 15 years of working in different institutions of the Public Sector.

Since 2016, I have taught the courses “Public Finance Topics” and “Theories and Strategies of Development” of the Master's Degree in Management and Public Finance at CINPE. In addition, I have taught an introductory course on Customs Administration at the university undergraduate level.
