
- Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from the University de Valencia, Spain.
- Degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
He has worked professionally in the Asamblea Legislativa (Legislative Assembly) of the Republic of Costa Rica for more than 7 years, as a specialist in budgetary, fiscal, and public finance matters, where he has worked in the processing of laws related to the national budget, laws related to fiscal and economic matters. He has also been the economic advisor to the presidency of the first power of the Republic of Costa Rica.
He has teaching experience of more than 5 years in Public Universities. He also works as a professor at CINPE of the courses in Finance I, II, and the financial analysis course, and is academically linked to the School of International Relations of UNA in the financial analysis course.
