Jairo Hernández Millán
- Professional in Law, Political Science, and International Relations. He obtained a Master's degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
- Consultant, professor, and researcher at the Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Nacional (International Relations and International Center for Economic Policy), and Texas Tech University, Costa Rica.
He currently chairs the AP LAC (Asia Pacific Trade Promotion Center).
He was the Ambassador of Costa Rica to Singapore and Australia, Alternate Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and Managing Director of Foreign Policy. He was the Director of the Presidential Office.
He has been linked to other institutions such as ICAP, FLACSO, Universidad para la Paz, Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, Simmons College, and Fundación Costa Rica para el Desarrollo Sostenible.
