He has a Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina, and doctoral studies in Public Management and Business Administration. He has participated in research, which has focused on international competitiveness, value chains and also has experience in economic regulation and market analysis.
Currently, he is a member of the teaching program of the International Center for Economic Policy of the Universidad Nacional. He teaches courses in CINPE's professional and academic master's programs on quantitative analysis, international economics, international competitiveness, and macroeconomic policies.
